Pros: I work for Fusion Apps. I have a good manager who is well-connected with higher management, and hence I am too. There are a lot of chances for interaction with VPs and Senior VPs at HQ, offering good exposure. However, this is not the case in all the teams here.
Excellent work-life balance. Good flexibility.
Cons: No financial growth during the initial years of your career.
They pay less if you are a non-IITian fresher.
