First, they gave a paper containing two questions that needed to be solved. They said that it was not the actual round, but interviewers could speed up their process with those questions. The scenario, however, was different. My interviewer had memorized the questions and answers for the programming questions as well. He didn't even look at my solutions that I had written on paper. Instead, he was asking traditional Java questions.
