Pros: Work-life balance.
Since it is a big tech company, you get to work on scalable products.
Code review is done nicely, and colleagues are smart since they tend to hire from top colleges only.
Cons: Salary bands are much lower than the market, given their brand.
No hikes.
No bonuses.
Dry promotions.
5 days WFO with minimal WFH policies.
No free food (paid food is also trash).
No incentives to work hard, since at the end of the year, you will get the same hike as someone who does not work at all (0).
