Work-life balance (depends upon team).
Good perks and regular gifts/souvenirs.
Less to moderate workload (again, depends on the team).
WFM.
Managers and peers are friendly.
Cons: Manager heavy.
Also, the manager has the major say on the policies handled in the team, so you might get stuck if in the wrong team.
Some not-so-good senior people.
Work might be on a dying technology.
Very less hikes / bonus.
