Pros: If you're a new grad, you'll get a great feel for how software engineering is done at a big organization. If you're working on applications, you'll acquire skills in web technologies and specific application domain knowledge. Great food in the cafes, though they don't rotate them much.

Cons: Communication with teams across the globe is difficult.

Pros: Work-life balance is amazing. You can crawl, walk, run – whatever you like. Of course, if you work hard, you will be rewarded. The HQ campus is amazing, probably the most beautiful of all Bay Area companies. The gym is super awesome, and the food is top-notch. All product development teams have a program for recent college grads called Oracle College Hires (OCH). Perks include: * Free trips to Reno * White water rafting * Free lunches * Social mixers with all other college hires * Wine and beer socials * Cruises * Crazy events every week! As a college grad, you will know more than 100 people just like you within the first month. It's a great program to keep college grads here, with amazing perks and something you would never expect at a B2B enterprise company.

Cons: Incremental raises are small. If you want to get a big salary hike, consider switching teams or roles. Job title and salaries aren't correlated. The best way to get a big salary is to leave and join back. Recent hires get a very competitive salary, which is larger than that of people with 3-5 years of experience.

Pros: Good work-life balance. Tech stack can be good to learn if you are in the right team. Good cafes.

Cons: Very slow growth compared to the industry. Negative org culture with politics. Bad comp and lack of retention.
