Four rounds of technical interviews and one round of HR interview.
During the technical interviews, they asked about SQL, data structures, and algorithms. They also asked to solve puzzles.
For me, it was a recruitment from college. There was a preliminary online test about data structures and algorithms.

Pros: 1. Freshers get time to get ramped up.
2. Brand name stays for life.
3. Flexi timings and attire.
4. Managers are well experienced and back you to the hilt.
5. You learn functionality a lot.
6. People from various cultures are present.
Cons: 1. Bureaucratic senior management
2. Very low salary increments
3. Gap between salaries of freshers and experienced people is very less
