Pros: Great job to get your foot in the door as a consultant. Oracle gives you the training you need in order to get the job done. Good resume builder.
Cons: Big, bureaucratic, and political warfare to move up in the company. Bad promotion structure. They literally told us during training that it is good to leave the company then come back, because it is hard to move up in the company otherwise. Would not recommend long term.
