Pros: Large, stable company with a good history of making a profit, thanks to Larry Ellison.
Cons: Austin management is very out of touch with the realities of development and realistic goals for processors. Stay away from the Austin location unless you are good at playing politics.

Pros: There are lots of avenues to learn in Oracle, and there is a lot of autonomy.
Cons: 2 years in and no promotions in sight. Horrible response to BLM.
