There was first a group exercise where people had to decide on what few objects to take to a stranded island. The conditions would change every few minutes.
Then there was a coding task, but it was not expected to be completed, and no one finished it.
Finally, there were interviews with questions relating to Linux, cloud computing, the company itself, and personal motivations for applying.
