This is recorded and observed by a panel.
Then, a standard in-person interview takes place.

I don't really think twice about asking for time off; I just ask. Not once has he said no. Very good health insurance - A company with 140,000+ employees has some serious negotiating power with insurance companies.Cons: Haven't had a raise, bonus, or RSUs in two years, not even a cost of living raise, despite good reviews. Nor have many of my teammates I've spoken to privately. I've heard from multiple sources that Oracle "doesn't give raises." I've also heard promotion is difficult to impossible. It seems Oracle would rather have people quit out of frustration so they can re-hire them at a lower salary versus giving their current employees raises.
