Process
Representatives from Oracle Server Technologies visited our university for their campus recruitment process.
On day one, we attended a presentation that detailed the company and the various positions offered. During this presentation, information about compensation and benefits was also provided.
The first round, also held on day one, consisted of a written test with three sections: aptitude, technical, and coding.
On day two, candidates participated in two technical interviews and one HR interview. Following these, qualified candidates were hired.
