I left my resume at the career fair from my college.
A few days after, I received an email from the recruiter with some time slots for a phone interview with the manager.
The phone conversation with the manager consisted of questions about some of my previous projects, followed by technical questions.

Pros: The benefits are good, and so is the time off.

Pros: We get challenging work.
Very good starting salary. But after that, it's difficult to get a promotion.
Cons: long product cycle. If you are not self-motivated, you might not make progress.
