Pros: A very valuable inclusion to my CV. I learned a lot in this position, and management went out of their way to offer me learning opportunities and develop my skills.
Cons: Departments were so large that I felt quite siloed. Though there were plenty of training opportunities, there weren't many opportunities for upward mobility. I left so that I could move out of my junior position, as there wasn't a lot of potential to do this at Oracle.
