Pros: I've been with NetSuite for 6 years (even before Oracle acquired NetSuite).
* High HMO benefits
* High starting salary
* Good working environment
* Managers are approachable
* Flexible hours
* Work from home
Cons: - Employees started to lose good benefits (such as bonuses/rewards, no budgets for team buildings for some teams, and exciting and expensive raffle prizes on parties) after being acquired by Oracle.
- There is no difference between annual increase and promotion increase.
- Upper management has continuously changed in some departments.
