Due to COVID, all interviews were either by phone or video call.

1. Applied online.
2. After a long time, HR called to discuss experience, expectations, etc. (I had forgotten about my application).
3. After another long time, the Hiring Manager conducted a phone screening (45 minutes; again, I had no memory of the HR call).
4. Phone call with one engineer (two coding questions).
5. On the same day, five rounds of back-to-back video calls (three coding, one manager, and one semi-problem-solving + project questions).
6. Multiple rounds of calls with HR to discuss the offer. The recruiting HR was different from the person who scheduled the interview calls. The discussion of the offer was with a different HR, and every time there was a question about the offer or a different salary, the respective HR would call the next day with an answer.

All technical interviewers were very nice and patient. More points were given for behavior and approach.

FYI: I learned there is no annual bonus (percentage of base salary).

1. Write a program to read N lines from a file (focusing on efficient code).
2. Given a list of lists as input, write a program to read elements and put the data into a file. The interviewer kept increasing the complexity.
3. Given N interviewers and M candidates, write a program to generate a calendar for each interviewer. Constraint: each candidate should have 4-5 rounds with unique interviewers to complete the hiring process.
4. Questions about boot loading (primary/secondary loading) and related concepts.
