Essentially a carbon copy of the Amazon interview, OCI started by ex-AWS staff. The process includes 5 interviews:
The first interview is with the "bartender," who is someone outside the team. The coding questions were standard LeetCode easy questions, and the system design questions were also quite simple. However, as with Amazon interviews, the marking tends to be weighted towards the behavioral questions to ensure alignment with the 9 OCI "values." Therefore, I think the best way to prepare is to concentrate on memorizing the 9 values, identify which value a question relates to, and then try to repeat those values in your answer.
