Process
The hiring and interview process began with a phone interview (in English) with a recruitment person.
Next, there was a phone interview with the technical manager. The final step was a face-to-face interview with the technical manager, which included a technical written test.
Everything went very smoothly. The people were very pleasant.
During the face-to-face interview, I used a pen and a piece of paper to draw diagrams and explain how things work.
