Pros: Good work environment. Excellent colleagues, if you are in the right project. Good work-life balance and WFH/remote available.
Cons: Absolutely a mess when it comes to hikes/bonus. No clarity, and hikes are mostly on an alternative year basis with low numbers. Forget bonus. It's a little slow to adopt new technologies.
