Process

The interview process is not industry standard. It is very slow and asks random questions based on the interviewer's preference that day. Be prepared with Java, as they do not allow coding in any other language for DSA.

Questions

They asked me a system design question on a notification system.

They also asked a DSA question on the longest increasing subsequence in an array of integers, which had to be solved in O(n) time.

Strong pluses and strong minuses

Principal Software Engineer • Current Employee

Nashua, New Hampshire, United States

Pros: My colleagues are very smart and fun to be around. The work environment is flexible. The NH location is easy in terms of traffic and tax-free for NH residents.

Cons: A very top-down driven company. Sometimes upper management makes decisions without seeming to gather valuable input from their talented worker bees. Groups are spread out all over the world; I would prefer to work with people face-to-face or at least in a similar time zone. Not generous with raises and bonuses.

Decent work. Average perks. Horrible managers

Principal Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: Depends on the kind of work you get. Oracle used to take over great product companies and try to bring them to their cloud array of products. Normally, a better chunk of work is captured by foreigners, and not that much is passed on to Indians. But if you manage to get the good work, it is decent.

Cons: Horrible managers. No idea how they managed to get these managers who are good in leading an "Indian team."
