The first question was graph's k-coloring, which was difficult and I didn't prepare for it. I answered using recursion to solve it and asked the interviewer a few questions to clarify the problem. I tried but didn't complete the solution.

Pros: As a big company, they can afford good benefits and small perks.
Some of what we are doing is pretty cool - not directly because it's O, but just the nature of my position (distributed systems development).
Cons: Compensation (salary and bonuses) is low-ish.
Lots of bureaucracy comes with a big company. So many levels of middle management provide no value.
Many of the "policies" only add overhead and paperwork.

Pros: It's a good company to work for long-term. Good environment, but it depends a lot on the project. Lately, they are giving a lot of RSUs, generally between 30 and 50k USD.
Cons: You will rarely see increases.
