Two interviews were with team members, including the manager. The other two were with people from other teams.

Create an insertion mechanism for a linked list of unique elements (letters from A to Z), where the elements to insert are given as pairs separated by an arrow '->', which indicates the order. The first letter is the element, and the letter after the arrow is the element it points to. For example, A -> F.
