There will be three rounds of interviews:

1. Technical interview with senior members and the lead (optional).
2. Process-related and technical interview with the Manager.
3. Process-related and behavioral interview with the Director.

The complete process will take around 1-3 weeks.

If the requirement is very urgent, an offer will be rolled out within a week or two. Otherwise, it would take 2 to 4 months.

I was told by the Manager that an offer would take nearly 2 months, so kindly wait until then.
