The interview process involved two rounds of phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview with the team. Considering Oracle is a great company to work for, I accepted the offer. The interview process was intense. I was asked many questions about my resume, testing, and automation, as well as quizzes. SQL knowledge is important.

Pros: Good access to acquiring various skills and learning experiences. State-of-the-art industry software applications. Beautiful campus, different on-campus dining options, awesome gym facility.

Cons: A lot of freedom, but not enough structure. Some people are egotistical, arrogant, not receptive, and unwilling to collaborate. There's a lot of focus on offshoring (e.g., India), which can sometimes make managing work schedules quite demanding and challenging.
