The following rounds were conducted:

Written Test: An online MCQ test with sections on Aptitude, English, and Coding.

Interviews: Candidates selected from the written test were invited for interviews:
- Tech Interview: Questions focused on data structures, OOP concepts, and technical aspects from the CV. Most questions were not difficult.
- HR Round: Questions covered knowledge of the company and the job profile. Puzzles and situational scenarios were also presented.

Pros: Good for people who like to work like in any govt job. Good time pass. Don't have to use one's brains. Free cab.
Cons: Not for career-oriented, growth-oriented people.
No hike. Biased management. Work is not appreciated. There is no transparency in the system. Laid-back attitude of the whole hierarchy.
Not recommended for experienced people who like to contribute and grow with the team. No professionalism.
