Pros: Flexible schedule, for the most part good co-workers. Flexible schedule... Oh, did I mention that already?

Cons: Upper-level management is only out for themselves. They will throw any employee under the bus if it serves them. There are no pay increases. If you are hired, be sure you are happy with your pay, because that is what you are going to get for some time. Much talk is given about "employees are keys to success for the company," but the reality is employees are treated like interchangeable pieces, with directors always looking for cheaper alternatives (hiring in China and India locations is going up, N.A. locations are going down).

Pros: New technology to work for.

Cons: Vacation could not be bargained.

Pros: Better work-life balance compared to other companies.

Cons: The increment is very low in comparison to the market standard.
