Flexible schedule, for the most part good co-workers. Flexible schedule... Oh, did I mention that already?
Upper-level management is only out for themselves. They will throw any employee under the bus if it serves them.
There are no pay increases. If you are hired, be sure you are happy with your pay, because that is what you are going to get for some time.
Much talk is given about "employees are keys to success for the company," but the reality is employees are treated like interchangeable pieces, with directors always looking for cheaper alternatives (hiring in China and India locations is going up, N.A. locations are going down).
I would give advice to management, but since they cannot take constructive feedback and instead see it as a personal attack, I will refrain. Instead, advice to potential employees:
Have a plan. It is a large corporation, and like all large corporations, its goal is to make money. Realize this, and you will do fine.
Know that you will not have opportunities for advancement, as when positions become available, they will be consolidated rather than filled.
Be sure you are happy with your pay, as that is what you will make for at least 2-3 years.
Put in your time, do your job, make your connections, and get out.

To begin with, we had an aptitude test. The next round was a written test. After that, we had a technical interview with different panels depending on the job role they wanted us for.
