I applied for the graduate program. The process was quite long.

It took about 4 months to get to the last interview I had. I first interviewed with HR, then with someone technical who assessed my general skill profile. Subsequently, 3 leaders from different teams interviewed me over a period of about 1 month.

The interviews were mainly technical about my knowledge and skills, with some coding questions.

The attention from the HR people who assisted me was poor and unsatisfactory. There was a month where they were out of contact. When I reached out to stop the recruitment process because more time had passed than was acceptable to me, they didn't even respond.

The questions were about:
