Pros: A relaxed working environment. A very congenial environment for people trying to settle down in a company for a long duration. There are also quite a few teams which work on cutting-edge technologies.
Cons: Things tend to go slow here sometimes, with respect to both hikes and promotions. You need to fight for what you want. Not a place where you can go and do regular work and expect to get high bonuses.
