A good company, but can do a lot better for the employees
A relaxed working environment. A very congenial environment for people trying to settle down in a company for a long duration. There are also quite a few teams which work on cutting-edge technologies.
Things tend to go slow here sometimes, with respect to both hikes and promotions. You need to fight for what you want. Not a place where you can go and do regular work and expect to get high bonuses.
The ratio of young minds to veterans is very low in upper management. A lot of talented youngsters are still lingering way below the hierarchy. We should think about identifying and grooming younger, more talented people and getting them into the mix of upper management.
