Cons: If you are accustomed to a fast-paced job, it can be frustrating to work at Oracle because most of the people who work here move at a slow pace. Good luck getting a raise; they give promotions without salary increases. The recruitment team is the worst.

Pros: Good life/work balance, a relaxed environment, nice people, competitive compensation, and challenging work.
This is indeed a great place to work.
Cons: I'm not fully certain that it is a great place to make a career, since the knowledge gained through experience there is very specific to the job and very unlikely to be useful somewhere else.
