Process
I received a call from Oracle regarding an opening for a developer position. There were five rounds of interviews:
- Telephonic
- Written round
- Technical face-to-face (one was about programming and the other was about domain)
- Director round
I cleared all the rounds, and HR requested supporting documents to process my profile. However, there has been no communication from HR regarding the processing since then. I have no idea what happened, and HR has not responded to my emails. They do not seem to value others' time and lack the formality of responding.
