Pros: I worked here for 2 years and liked the work and people. I learned a lot; they have a good tech stack. The career growth is steady.
Cons: They don't give out a lot in terms of bonus and increment, but it's a good steady growth.
They don't have many modern practices for teams or process flows.
Work-Life balance is okay. They had on-calls (12 hours for a week) and evening calls with the US that made it a bit difficult.
