No offer letter after clearing six hectic rounds.

1. Written test
2. Three technical rounds (face-to-face)
3. One telephonic round (Skype)
4. One managerial round

This was one of the worst interview processes I have ever seen. Six rounds for a candidate with three years of experience, and each round lasting at least an hour – are you kidding me? What I noticed is that the questions asked were 90% the same in all rounds. So, what was the use of three technical rounds? It was just a waste of time.

After clearing all the rounds, I did not get an offer from them.

They rejected me and selected another candidate who accepted a lower offer, all for the sake of ₹25,000, without asking me about salary negotiation.
