Good work-life balance, but don't expect monetary growth
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: 1. Great work-life balance and very good paychecks upon joining. A good place if you want to settle down.
2. Flexibility and an employee-friendly environment. You may get work from home, but it depends on the manager.
3. Promotions can happen timely.
4. Good place to learn about products.
5. No issues with leaves.
Cons: 1. Don't expect hikes and bonuses. If your Product and BU are doing well, you may get a "tip".
2. Your manager is everything to you. They make their own policies, especially for Work From Home. HR seems to have only the role of hiring and exit policy; otherwise, they never interact.
3. Not many processes are followed.
