The HR will call and arrange a telephonic round, followed by four rounds of face-to-face interviews, including a manager round. It is tiring and difficult to do this continuously. The interviews started with junior members and were followed by the architect and senior architect.

Pros: Better than Indian IT companies and good exposure to tools for self-learning and improvement.
Cons: Average to below-average skilled people, peer politics on the rise. Management makes fools of employees. They get paid at least 200 times more than their immediate directs and don't give you a raise for years, yet expect you to work tirelessly.

Cons: The benefits are alright. After 7 years, you'll finally get 4 weeks of vacation.

Pros: Oracle is a rather stable and well-recognized company, which makes it a good candidate to put on your resume as a company where you worked.
Cons: It is a huge and very hierarchical company, and the needs of ordinary employees are very far from the goals of top managers.
