The hiring process is very good. They explain the process in detail at each step.

Initially, the hiring manager calls to explain the role.

Next, a senior manager conducts a telephone round. This is more of a screening, but an important round.

Following this, there will be two more telephone rounds from the US:

• One with a senior development manager.
• Another with a senior VP.

All these senior individuals are from Responsys.

If you clear all these three rounds, you will be called for a technical discussion. Plan to block three hours for this.

Technical rounds are tough; they concentrate on data structures.

If you clear all three, you are in!

I haven't received my offer yet, but HR has confirmed I would be receiving an offer next week. I am sure I cracked it!
