Pros: No unwanted process following. Flexibility. The company trusts you and provides all needed support to get your work completed. Best work-life balance.

Cons: Appraisals take a long time. There is no process for this as well. Managers don't have a clue about what kind of work you are delivering. Only the scrum master knows about your work. This can create bias.

Pros: Share knowledge with the experience earned.

Cons: Life is a learning process and there is a lot to learn.

Pros: Plenty of time to contemplate where to go next.

Cons: This could go on for pages. Simply put, Oracle couldn't care less about the vast majority of its employees. Larry recently earned 1 billion overnight; however, 90% of the engineering staff making him rich does not get any bonus whatsoever. Pay is significantly below market average, and technologies here are far behind industry leaders. You won't learn anything transferable for your next job, except maybe PowerPoint slide making and meeting notes taking skills, which are viewed as the most important skills here.
