Process

The interview process took three phone interviews. The first one was from the hiring manager, who asked about a few distributed system questions. The second and the third ones were all from engineers. The hiring manager asked high-level questions; the engineers asked very detailed coding. Overall, the process was professional, but my background did not fit their requirements.
