HR schedules the interview for onsite. All interviews happen on the same day if things go well. I had three technical rounds and one manager round. Then a hiring manager round happens later, based on his availability.

Cons: Increments won't happen yearly. If you are working on R&D projects, then it's very unlikely they will evolve as products.
