Process
One phone interview + one online paper test + two onsite interviews.
- Phone Interview: Approximately 20 minutes. Included basic information, a description of your current job, and Java basic knowledge (collections, HashMap, Hashtable, etc.).
- Online Paper Test: This test took 2.5 hours, which felt very long. It involved describing a scenario for database and class design, along with questions about web development, Linux, algorithms, and more.
- Onsite Interviews: Two face-to-face interviews covering basic computer science questions.

Actually, the online test was written on paper.
It covered database design, class design, algorithms, etc. The material was very basic, but it encompassed a lot of knowledge. It would be better to prepare for it well.

Pros: From a job security perspective, it's a good place to stay. It offers not-bad welfare, such as outing activities and a social club.
You have flexible working time, and you have paid annual leave. Most bosses I've met are nice.
Cons: The workload is high, the tasks always need to be marked as urgent, and you may be pushed again and again. This causes the quality of the delivery to not be as good as expected. Besides that, I didn't feel the enterprise culture to encourage innovation.
Furthermore, the company lacks an incentive plan for the R&D team, so the turnover rate of personnel is pretty high.

Good work/life balance. Almost no OT.
Leading technologies/products.
Cons: Non-competitive salaries.
Little benefit.
More maintenance than development in our department, due to the fact that the product has been stable.
