The interview process was quite straightforward but time-consuming. There were four rounds in the whole process:
a) Technical Round i) Given a CSV file containing Product, Price, and City, WAP to write another CSV output file which aggregates the number of products each city has. ii) Given a URL with data in a list like the following: [{'name':'red','exp':10},{'name':'green','exp':4},{'name':'blue','exp':9}]. WAP to fetch the data from the URL and sort it according to its 'exp' value. iii) Difference between Bubble Sort and Merge Sort, and their respective programs. iv) Some other Python questions related to lists, dictionaries, and tuples, **kwargs, and *args.
b) High-Level System Design Round High-level system design for a website with a single page containing a menu. When a user visits the page and selects a menu item, some data is displayed. This round was totally related to website designing, backend processes, CDN, and database design.
c) Second Technical Round i) Questions related to past projects. ii) WAP to read a particular line from a large text file. iii) WAP to rotate a list clockwise/anti-clockwise for a given number of times. iv) Reverse an integer without using any built-in or string methods. v) A few Linux commands related to word finding from a file, the grep command, and some others. vi) WAP to count the sum of digits in a given alphanumeric string.
d) Manager Round i) Questions related to past projects. ii) Some questions related to text comparison, which were related to past projects.
