The initial round was telephonic. The face-to-face discussion was easy.
There were two technical rounds and one hour-long round. Most of the questions were on core Java and J2EE concepts. The hiring manager offered less salary, but it was an overall good experience.

Pros: Very good work-life balance. At least in my project, we have a comfortable ambiance to work on our tasks, stories, and bugs.
