They held a recruitment drive at my university.
We took an exam on OOP and Data Structures, which was neither difficult nor easy. It would be advisable to study briefly before the test.
Then, they called me and asked me for an interview at their offices.
Questions
The first interview was about programming skills; they asked me to do two programs by hand.
The second one was really short, which involved general concepts about the C language and operating systems.

It's like working in a small-time startup. We have to haggle for simple overtime or internet bills. I had six meetings with higher management in about five months for any improvement in compensation or even work-life balance. Not one thing was achieved after five negotiations.
