I emailed a manager about an internal transfer. He replied and set up a phone interview with one of the Principal Engineers. Ultimately, I had two phone interviews.
The first interview was with the manager, and the second was with the Principal Engineer.
I had to reschedule the second interview two to three times because the Principal Engineer couldn't find a suitable time. Additionally, on one occasion, we had scheduled a time, but the engineer never called. We had to set it up again.
Apart from those issues, the overall experience was positive. I will apply again in a few months.
