The interview process included:

• A written test based on AVL trees, data structures, C++, and DBMS.
• A coding round with two basic questions; most candidates were selected.

Following this, there was a face-to-face interview. The interviewer seemed inexperienced and lacked knowledge of platforms like HackerRank, SPOJ, and CodeChef. He even asked if I was a "hacker" after seeing my HackerRank profile. He asked for a Fibonacci program written using dynamic programming. He appeared confused by my code, and I was not selected further. However, some of my friends, who are less experienced in coding but have a strong grasp of pointers, were offered jobs.
