Good work/life balance
Software Developer • Current Employee
Bucharest, Bucharest, Romania
February 19, 2013
Pros: There is a good work/life balance and a relaxed atmosphere.
We do not work under pressure. There are deadlines, but they are reasonable. Sometimes we stay for long hours, but it's rare.
However, note that this is not in headquarters in the US, but in Romania.
Quite liberal internet access.
Cons: Our team is small, so there are no career growth opportunities.
Salary increases do not even cover inflation, so over the long term you lose quite a significant amount of buying power.
