- Reasonable work environment, including cafeterias and a gym.
- Stable company, unlikely to go under.
- Executive management is not the easiest to work with, but generally competent.
Cons: - Antiquated development tooling, although that's changing in several areas now.
- Hub and spoke management model, with decisions made pretty high up in the chain.
- Communication with employees on strategy is hit or miss.
