- Workload is manageable compared to startups.
- Reasonable work environment, including cafeterias and a gym.
- Stable company, unlikely to go under.
- Executive management is not the easiest to work with, but generally competent.
- Antiquated development tooling, although that's changing in several areas now.
- Hub and spoke management model, with decisions made pretty high up in the chain.
- Communication with employees on strategy is hit or miss.
- Improve strategic communication, have fewer conflicting projects.
- Provide more leeway for opportunity to fail at lower levels; everything shouldn't have to be executive approved.
