Cons: No bonuses. No annual increase. Specific to my project, but the project planning was disorganized, and the developers had to bear a lot of the issues.

Pros: Free beverages. Good health benefits. Everyone's morale is low, but they hide it from management to try to stay off the next layoff list until they find their next job.

Cons: It is difficult working for a company that wilfully tries to take advantage of employees when it comes to raises or bonuses. They could not care less about the employees, with the exception of some scripted lip service. Everything in the GBU is reactionary.

Cons: It is difficult working for a company that wilfully tries to take advantage of employees when it comes to raises or bonuses. They could not care less about the employees, with the exception of some scripted lip service. Everything in the GBU is reactionary.
