Initially had a call with HR. I then proceeded to the technical round. It was an hour-long interview. The recruiter asked 2 questions. Next would be a three-hour technical and behavioral interview.

- Management listens to your feedback
- Highly challenging tasks
- Flexible work hours
- Lots of opportunity for learning
- If you are lucky, you can land in a team with lots of growth opportunities, like feature-owning or enhancement-owning, very early in your career.
Cons: Bureaucracy sometimes gets in the middle of solutions (as in any big company).
Some company-provided computer supplies could be better (e.g., an extra monitor).
Smaller teams with more empowered team leads could help.
You might get stuck with a team that solves more bugs than you would like.
